◎ Intelligent Hub Business Management
Intelligent Hub business display is used to control the functional modules displayed in the Intelligent Hub APP based on the actual business needs of the group. Currently, the Intelligent Hub APP provides four business functions: Scheduled Maintenance, Health Check Report, Work Report, and Used-Car Exhibition. You can freely choose to enable or disable these functional modules according to the group's actual operations.
You can configure related content in: AutoX3 Brand Management Dashboard > Service Management > Visualization & Explanation > Intelligent Hub Module Display.
📢 You can click the [On/Off] button on the right side of "Related Business" to enable/disable the display of this function on the Intelligent Hub.
Scheduled Maintenance
It is a sales tool designed for service advisors. After completing vehicle check-in, the system automatically recommends suitable service items, helping service advisors provide more professional maintenance advice to customers. If the group has not yet carried out this business, you can choose to disable this function.
Health Check Report
It is a professional communication tool for service advisors. Through functions such as 3D model display of parts, vehicle working mechanism explanation, and comparison of normal and abnormal conditions, it helps service advisors clearly explain inspection results to customers. If the group has not yet carried out inspection business, you can choose to disable this function.
Work Report
It is a professional communication tool for service advisors. By breaking down work steps, recording photos for each process, and adding notes, it clearly presents the work process and enhances service transparency.
Used-Car Exhibition
It is a sales tool designed for businesses engaged in used car business. By grading vehicle conditions and displaying vehicle information to buyers in a data-driven, standardized, and transparent manner, it improves customer satisfaction. If the group has not yet carried out the used car business, you can choose to disable this function.
